Multifamily Management With a Mission

At Equity Property Management LLC, we have been honing our skills as managers and owners of multifamily properties in the Midwest for nearly three decades. Our extensive experience includes acquisition, remodeling, repurposing, new construction, and day-to-day property management. In 2014, we launched our own construction division, Multifamily Construction Management LLC, to maintain cost and quality control in-house. By 2017, we successfully rehabilitated and converted three apartment communities to Low Income Tax Credit status, creating more equitable housing opportunities for residents in our hometown of Merrillville, Indiana.

With a current holding of 23 properties in three states, we aim to build on our successes by providing more quality homes where they are needed most. EPM is equipped with RealPage Electronic Rent Payments, Accounting, Screening and Leasing as well as OneSite Leasing and Rents by RealPage. In addition, EPM employs BlueMoon lease and addenda software and AVID Exchange invoice processing software to expedite administrative site level tasks and thereby allow the property staff to focus on the needs of our customers.
