Kevin J. Donohoe has over 30 years of experience in real estate, including leadership roles managing large multifamily portfolios nationwide. A graduate of University College Cork in Ireland, he holds RAM, ARM, and CPM designations. As Executive Vice President, he oversees operations, acquisitions, and asset strategy at Equity Property Management.

Lori Tomaszkiewicz | SR Regional Property Manager
Lori Tomaszkiewicz brings over 20 years of real estate experience, with a background in leasing, marketing, and property management. She joined Equity Property Management in 2017 and quickly advanced from Property Manager to Regional Manager, now overseeing communities across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Northern Indiana. Lori holds an Illinois Leasing License and is currently pursuing her CPM designation. She has received multiple performance awards throughout her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and her dogs, and traveling with her family.
Theressa Morrow | Collections Manager
Theressa Morrow is the Collections Manager at Equity Property Management, bringing over 10 years of experience in the collections industry. Since joining EPM in 2023, she has helped shape a more consumer-focused and effective collections strategy. She oversees all former resident balances and leads the collections team, while also supporting the company’s Giveback Program. Outside of work, Theressa enjoys crocheting, antiquing, and spending time with her family (including her two dogs, one of whom keeps things interesting on three legs).
Zach Ktsanes | Senior Vice President
With nearly 20 years of experience in multifamily real estate, Zach Ktsanes has developed a deep expertise in asset management, development, acquisitions, and operations. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in over $1 billion in multifamily transactions, successfully leading complex projects and driving strategic growth across a range of properties.
Zach's hands-on approach and extensive industry knowledge have enabled him to consistently deliver results, optimizing portfolios and executing high-impact acquisitions. As a leader, Zach is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and long-term value for stakeholders.
Nichole Kite | Regional Property Manager
Nichole began her career in real estate in 2005 and returned to the multifamily industry in 2014, quickly advancing into leadership roles. She joined Equity Property Management in 2023 and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2025, now overseeing communities across Indianapolis, Greenfield, and Columbus, Indiana. Known for her hands-on approach, Nichole brings strong operational focus to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.
Amanda Foley | Marketing Specialist
Amanda joined Equity Property Management in 2024. As Marketing & Operations Specialist, she manages everything from websites and ILS platforms to social media, design, and content creation. She also supports collections and other operational needs, bringing a flexible, hands-on approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, spending time in nature, and reading.
James Rolff | Vice President of Operations
James Rolff serves as Vice President of Operations at Equity Property Management, bringing over 20 years of multifamily experience. With a background spanning operations, property management, marketing, and sales, he takes a practical, results-driven approach to improving processes and driving growth. James holds an MBA and is a licensed real estate broker, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, team development, and customer experience. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and golfing.
Isabel Hoevker | HR/Payrol & Office Manager
Isabel Hoevker joined Equity Property Management in 2011. She holds a BS in Human Resource Management from Purdue University. She oversees human resources and payroll operations, including hiring, on-boarding, benefits administration, and company-wide payroll. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mom to three dogs.

SR Property Accountant
Casey Jamrock joined Equity Property Management in 2022 and brings a strong foundation in financial operations and analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University NW and is known for his detail-oriented approach and reliability. Casey plays a key role in supporting accurate financial reporting and day-to-day accounting processes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three dogs.
Brian Mininick | VP of Construction & Development
Brian Minnick is the Vice President of Construction & Development at Equity Property Management, joining the company in 2022. He oversees large-scale multifamily and mixed-use development projects, as well as major capital improvements across the portfolio. With over 20 years of experience and more than $500M in project involvement, Brian brings a diverse background across multiple sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University’s School of Technology and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Sonia Martinez | Accounting Manager
Sonia Martinez is the Accounting Manager at Equity Property Management, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. She oversees full-cycle accounting operations, including audit coordination, treasury management, and month-end and year-end processes. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University Calumet and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Accountancy at Purdue University Northwest. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two boys and four dogs—and believes any occasion is worth celebrating with balloons.

Property Accountant
Indira Estrada is a Property Accountant at Equity Property Management, joining the company in 2022. She brings over six years of experience across real estate, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations and holds a double bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Indira supports a multi-state portfolio and oversees key financial processes. She is known for her reliability and detail-oriented approach. She is also a proud mother of two young children and enjoys spending time with her family.
Kevin Daubenspeck | Regional Maintenance Director
Kevin Daubenspeck is the Regional Maintenance Supervisor at Equity Property Management. He joined the company in 2016 as a property maintenance supervisor and in 2025 was promoted into his current leadership role. He brings strong technical expertise, holding an associate degree as an Electronic Systems Technician from Lincoln Tech and universal HVAC certification. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles and streaming video games.
Laurie Lekavich | Construction Manager
Laurie Lekavich has been a valued member of Equity Property Management since 2014, when she began her career as an office assistant. Over the years, she has gained experience across multiple roles, including leasing and construction, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her work. Laurie previously served as a Construction Manager during the rehabilitation of a property before returning to a leasing role, and was promoted back to Construction Manager in January 2025. Her diverse background and hands-on experience make her an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Laurie is a sports enthusiast and an animal lover who adores her cat, Lucky.
